That's more than 22 million bikes in our lovely coastal lowlands.

Unfortunately all these bikes need to be parked every now and then.
Local governments are not amused as 'their' beautiful shopping malls are getting crowded
with these sets of wheels.
So. Special parking lots are built.
Cyclers no longer are allowed to park anywhere and anytime anymore.
Thus, you are given the choice. Put your bike in an official bike-parking, or...
